Bangladesh Nari Progati Sangha is an ideology based women organization established in 1986 by a group of committed women activist with the aim of establishing equal rights for women from family to state. The main focus of BNPS is empowerment of women, but it targets the society as a whole. It considers its role as a facilitator in social transformation in order to attain social justice, peace and development, free of all forms of discrimination and oppression by gender, class, ethnic identity and religion. |
